About The Role Systemex Automation is looking for an After-Sales Support Manager to lead post-sales service activities, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while supporting service, maintenance, and parts revenue. This role combines customer relationship management, service coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership in a fast-paced technical environment. What You’ll Do Coordinate and monitor after-sales service calls, maintenance activities, interventions, and replacement parts sales, ensuring progress is documented and kept up to date. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate service interventions, making timely decisions to ensure successful resolution of customer needs. Gather and manage the information required to initiate service calls and ensure relevant information is shared with internal teams. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring a professional, responsive, and positive service experience. Identify sales opportunities related to parts, maintenance, and upcoming customer needs. Lead, mentor, and motivate internal resources while coordinating effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Manage and resolve complex customer issues, using strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Identify opportunities to improve after-sales processes and service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. What You Bring 3–5 years of relevant management experience, ideally in customer service, after-sales service, technical support, or a similar environment; automation experience is an asset. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to make decisions and manage difficult situations. Highly organized, autonomous, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and develop service, maintenance, and parts opportunities. Proficiency in French is mandatory.
