Role Description The Agency Owner role at Fusionframesproduction is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the overall business strategy, growth, and operations of the agency. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business plans, managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that creative work meets quality and brand standards. The Agency Owner will coordinate with contractors, freelancers, or internal team members, manage budgets and resources, and monitor performance metrics to improve profitability and efficiency. This role also involves leading marketing and business development efforts, setting pricing and service offerings, and maintaining compliant and ethical business practices.

• Strong leadership and agency management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team coordination.
• Experience in creative or media production environments, with an understanding of visual content, branding, and storytelling.
• Business development and client management abilities, including relationship building, negotiation, and account growth.
• Operational and financial management skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for project management, collaboration, and content delivery.
• Prior experience running or managing an agency, studio, or similar business is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
