Agency Partnerships Executive, West Coast

ABOUT THE ROLE Linkby is expanding its North America footprint and we are looking for an Agency Partnerships Executive based in California or Colorado. This is a full-cycle role. You will prospect and close new brand and agency partners, onboard them onto Linkby's cost-per-click publisher platform, and support those relationships long-term through account management, retention, and upsell. Part of what makes this role exciting is what you will be selling. Linkby is not catching up to this shift. We are leading it. You will be working with advertisers at the forefront of AI Visibility / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping them understand and act on a category that most of the market is still figuring out. Remote role with occasional WeWork days and team outings. Must be based in California or Colorado. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prospect, pitch, and close new brand advertisers and agency partners across North America Generate and nurture leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and your existing network Onboard new partners and become a primary point of contact and platform expert Support ongoing account relationships, including campaign performance, retention, and upsell Support agency growth through QBRs, PCRs, hosting webinars, lunch & learns, and regular strategy meetings Attend industry events, brand marketing meetups, and networking functions Work toward quarterly revenue KPIs across your book of business WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1-2 years of relevant experience in a client facing role, working alongside or at an agency An existing network of brand marketers and/or agency contacts is a major plus Media sales or affiliate industry experience is a major plus Full-cycle exposure: comfortable both prospecting new business and supporting accounts post-close Self-starter mentality with the discipline to own your pipeline and performance remotely Familiarity with affiliate marketing, CPC models, or publisher content partnerships is a plus CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools Must be based in California or Colorado and available for regular in-person market engagement SKILLS Partnerships Executive, Growth Executive, Account Executive, Brand Partnerships, Agency Sales, Digital Media Sales, Adtech, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, CPC, DTC, Ecommerce, Native Content, Account Management, Client Success, California, Colorado, Remote, HubSpot, Sales Navigator COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $80-95K base salary, based on experience Quarterly variable compensation tied to KPIs Competitive ESOP Parental leave 401k with employer match Health, dental, and optical insurance Regular virtual and in-person team events ABOUT LINKBY Linkby is a global VC-funded adtech business connecting D2C ecommerce brands like Hilton, Coach, Anastasia Beverly Hills with the world's largest publishers including The Daily Mail, News Corp, Penske Media Co, The Daily Beast, and Katie Couric Media on a cost-per-click model.
