To serve as operational and administrative support for Agency Services programs and daily office operations. Coordinate operational processes, maintains internal systems and documentation, support agent onboarding and transitions, and ensures the smooth execution of Agency Services initiatives. Serve as a central resource for coordinating operational logistics, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between Agency Services, internal departments, and agents. Coordinate operational activities across multiple Agent Development Offices while anticipating departmental needs, identifying scheduling or operational conflicts, and proactively communicating recommendations to the Manager, Agency Services. Coordinate agent office relocations, equipment installations, vendor services, and office logistics in partnership with the Manager, Agency Services. Process invoices, allocate expense codes, coordinate approvals, and submit orders and payments for office operating expenses, services, and departmental purchases. Coordinate daily administrative tasks and operational activities related to Agency Services programs, including field training content and attendee coordination, Service Support such as track agent registrations, approvals, denials, cancellations, and waitlists based on department capacity, as assigned. Required: Bachelor's degree required with focus on insurance, business, finance or management, or equivalent experience may be considered. Three to five years of relevant experience required. Experience with computer usage and in Microsoft Office Professional Suite required. Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education required. Designations in AINS, CIC, API, or AU required, or actively being pursued. P/C license with the state of Michigan required. Preferred: Experience in insurance domain preferred. Experience in process improvement preferred. Experience on a project team preferred. Professional accomplishments in AICPCU programs preferred. Note: This is a Hybrid position working both remotely (from the State of Michigan) and a few days per month in the ADO office/Farm Bureau Home Office, located in Lansing, Michigan.
