We are seeking a Remote Agent Coordinator to support agent licensing, appointments, compliance, and commission-related operations for a large healthcare and insurance organization. Responsibilities Review and process agent appointment requests and related documentation Verify agent licenses, appointments, and required insurance documentation Research and resolve agent payment, commission, and appointment issues Maintain accurate records within internal tracking systems Monitor agent licensing changes, renewals, and compliance requirements Audit agent information and enrollment records for accuracy Communicate with agents, agencies, and internal departments regarding inquiries and issue resolution Support regulatory and compliance-related activities Assist with process improvements, reporting, project coordination, and system testing Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Teams Excellent data entry and administrative abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in healthcare, insurance, compliance, licensing, operations, or customer support Knowledge of health insurance products Experience working with insurance agent licensing, appointments, commissions, or regulatory processes What We Offer Fully remote work environment Competitive pay of $20-$25/hour Opportunity to gain experience within a highly respected healthcare organization Collaborative team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
