What you do : Be our customers’ primary point of contact on all contact channels; Document detailed and accurate customer interactions; Acts as a liaison between the customers and our internal departments by ensuring resolution of all issues; Maintain an expert knowledge of our order management journey, our merchandise trends, our customer marketing programs as well as our policies and procedures; Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as handle average times, quality of cases, tele-service, and first call resolution; Deliver exceptional and memorable experience while building, cultivating relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty; Be an ambassador for the Reitmans (Canada) Ltd group and represent the company culture and values of Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment in a positive manner. Who you are: College diploma in Administration (or equivalent); One (1) year experience in customer service (experience in a call center or retail store an asset); Excellent customer service skills, good decision making and ability to meet deadlines; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Bilingualism is required (English and French - oral and written); Schedule Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:15 pm and weekends from 9 am to 5 pm.
