Agentic AI Developer

Webito is building an AI-native commerce platform that helps businesses launch and scale modern B2B and B2C online stores. Beyond traditional e-commerce, we're integrating AI agents directly into the platform to automate operations, assist merchants, and create intelligent shopping experiences.

Our platform combines payments, inventory, orders, VAT, invoicing, and extensibility through a growing plugin ecosystem. We're a small, product-focused team that values ownership, fast execution, and building technology that solves real business problems.

We're looking for an Agentic AI Developer to help build the next generation of AI-powered commerce.

You'll design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, using tools, and interacting with different parts of the platform. Your work will include developing multi-agent workflows, integrating LLMs, building RAG pipelines, creating MCP/tool integrations, and improving how AI automates business operations.

You'll work closely with the product and engineering team, experiment with new AI capabilities, and turn ideas into production-ready features used by real businesses.

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering skills with Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience building AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, tool calling, RAG, MCP, workflow orchestration, or multi-agent architectures.
• Solid understanding of backend development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and production systems.
• Experience evaluating AI quality, observability, prompt engineering, and continuous improvement of AI workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving startup environment.
• Bonus points if you've built open-source AI projects or contributed to developer communities.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech is a plus.
