Design pioneering memory architectures that overcome traditional RAG limits, giving agents persistent context across complex processes. Train domain-optimized reasoning LLMs that unlock reasoning capabilities and reduce hallucinations for nuanced business scenarios. Engineer scalable backend services that power intuitive UIs for seamless human-AI collaboration on documents and processes. Who You Are We're looking for versatile, brilliant engineers who thrive across the full spectrum of AI challenges—from LLM fine-tuning to agentic workflows. Working at Wisq Our platform tech stack includes (but isn't limited to) Python, Java, Kafka, vector databases, reactive programming frameworks, commercial and open-weight LLMs—though we're just as ready to adopt or invent new tools if the task calls for it.
