Agentic Solution Architect – UiPath

Contract-based role via Flow Automations, supporting UiPath – Remote or Hybrid (preferred proximity to Cluj or Bucharest)

Flow Automations, a strategic partner of UiPath, is hiring an Agentic Solution Architect to support UiPath’s build trust and rigor to AI agents in production.

AI agents are non-deterministic — the same input can produce different outputs across runs. Testing them requires a fundamentally different discipline than scripted test automation: evaluation frameworks, scoring functions, and statistical judgment instead of exact-match assertions.

This is a forward-deployed, customer-facing engineering role. You'll work side by side with enterprise customers to design, build, test, and harden agentic workflows in their live environments — combining the hands-on coding of a software engineer, the quality mindset of a test automation expert, and the end-to-end design perspective of a solution architect. You'll own the question every customer asks before putting an AI agent into production: "How do we know we can trust it?"

What You Will Be Doing

• Deploy and validate agentic solutions at customers, integrating AI agents into live production environments, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Design testing agents and evaluation strategies for both deterministic and non-deterministic systems.
• Build and run evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-judge, semantic similarity, structured-output checks) to track accuracy, latency, and cost across agent runs.
• Perform adversarial and safety testing — probing for hallucinations, prompt-injection vulnerabilities, and out-of-scope actions.
• Automate the testing lifecycle and wire quality gates into CI/CD.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer requirements into solution and test architecture.
• Architect quality strategies at scale across agents, RPA/workflow automation, integrations, and human-in-the-loop steps.

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years hands-on software development experience (Python, C#, VB.NET, or comparable).
• 3+ years in software testing / test automation, including CI/CD-integrated quality gates.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or testing coding agents / agentic workflows — ideally on UiPath, but strong experience on comparable platforms is also valued.
• Working understanding of non-determinism, prompting, grounding, hallucination, and LLM evaluation (LLM-as-judge, rubric-based scoring).
• Proven customer-facing experience — forward-deployed, professional services, implementation, or consulting.
• Solution architecture background across applications, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic testing or AI-augmented QA platforms (e.g., UiPath Test Cloud / Test Manager).
• Experience with LLM evaluation/observability tooling (LangSmith, Braintrust, Promptfoo).
• Statistical literacy for reasoning about non-deterministic outputs.
• Experience with test management/ALM tooling (ADO, Jira Xray, TestRail).
• Knowledge of AI governance and compliance for regulated industries.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
