About the Role We are setting up an Agile Center of Excellence (COE) spanning our Marketing and Inside Sales functions, and are looking for a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to anchor it. You will bring agile and scrum ways of working — proven in project and program delivery — into a marketing and demand-generation context: campaign activation pods and inside sales teams operating in sprints with clear backlogs, velocity, and outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will design the COE's agile operating model, stand up and coach multiple pods/squads, institutionalize best practices, and act as the bridge between marketing leadership, inside sales leadership, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and run the agile operating model for the Marketing & Inside Sales COE — sprint cadences, ceremonies, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and delivery governance. Set up, coach, and manage multiple pods/squads (campaign, content, digital, inside sales), ensuring each operates with clear goals, roles, and sprint discipline. Define and institutionalize agile and scrum best practices, playbooks, and templates across all pods; drive consistency while allowing pod-level flexibility. Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) directly or through pod-level scrum masters; build scrum capability within the teams. Establish agile metrics and dashboards — velocity, throughput, cycle time, sprint predictability, and business outcomes (pipeline, MQLs/SQLs, campaign delivery) — and report to leadership. Manage stakeholders across geographies and time zones: marketing and sales leadership, business unit heads, and cross-functional partners; run steering reviews and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly. Identify and remove impediments across pods; manage cross-pod dependencies, capacity, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, maturity assessments, and agile health checks; scale what works across the COE. Lead agile transformation and change management — train, coach, and mentor team members who are new to agile ways of working. Required Qualifications & Experience 10–15 years of overall experience in project management, agile delivery, and scrum — with at least 5 years in dedicated agile/scrum leadership roles (Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or equivalent). Demonstrated experience applying agile/scrum in a marketing, demand generation, or sales/revenue operations context — or running an agile COE for business (non-IT) functions. Proven track record of managing multiple pods/squads simultaneously and implementing standardized agile best practices across them. Strong command of agile frameworks and methods: Scrum, Kanban, and scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale). Hands-on experience with agile work-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Azure DevOps, including dashboarding and reporting. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills — able to engage audiences from pod members to CXO-level stakeholders. Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and working effectively across time zones and cultures. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Certifications (Preferred) CSM / A-CSM / CSP (Scrum Alliance) or PSM I/II (Scrum.org) SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent scaling certification PMP / PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 Agile ICP-ACC (ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching) is an advantage
