🚀 We're Hiring: Agile Product Owner – Low-Code Platforms (Portugal)

We're looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner to join an exciting long-term project with an international client.

📍 Location: Portugal (Portuguese candidates only)

🏠 Work Model: Hybrid/Remote (depending on project requirements)

As an Agile Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving Agile transformation initiatives, coaching teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of Low-Code solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, development teams and leadership to maximise product value while fostering Agile best practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile product delivery using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean methodologies.
• Coach, mentor and train Agile teams to promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Define and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Promote collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Manage project documentation and Agile artefacts using Jira and Confluence.
• Support the evolution and adoption of Low-Code platforms within the organisation.

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong experience as an Agile Product Owner, Agile Coach or similar role.

✅ Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including:

• Scrum
• Kanban
• SAFe
• Lean

✅ Proven experience coaching, mentoring and training Agile teams.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

✅ Hands-on experience with:

• Jira
• Confluence

✅ Knowledge of Low-Code platforms is highly desirable, particularly:

• Mendix
• PEGA

✅ Fluent English.

✅ Portuguese candidate based in Portugal (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Experience leading Agile transformation programmes.
• Background working with digital transformation or enterprise application development.
• Product ownership experience within Low-Code environments.
