We are now looking for an Agile Team Lead – Channels IT to join our team in Channels IT. How you’ll make a difference with us As an Agile Team Lead in Channels IT, you will lead a team responsible for solutions within our External Web and Identity Management domain. This role combines people leadership, delivery leadership, and operational excellence. You will help create an environment where individuals can grow, teams can perform, and deliveries can be executed with quality and predictability. Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, and other Agile Team Leads, you will ensure your team can successfully deliver business value while continuously improving ways of working. What you'll do: Lead and develop the team You will be responsible for creating an engaging, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities include: Coaching and supporting team members in their professional development Building a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning Facilitating effective collaboration across roles and disciplines Supporting the team through change, ambiguity, and growth Helping resolve conflicts and removing obstacles that impact team effectiveness Drive delivery and execution You will ensure that initiatives are planned and executed effectively while maintaining alignment with business priorities. Responsibilities include: Leading delivery planning and coordination for team initiatives Supporting the team in creating realistic estimates and delivery plans Managing dependencies with other teams and stakeholders Tracking progress and helping the team identify and mitigate risks Facilitating communication between business and technology stakeholders Driving continuous improvements in planning, predictability, and delivery practices Driver / Project Manager of cross-functional / divisional initiatives Ensure operational excellence You will help maintain a stable and reliable customer experience by driving operational improvements and incident management practices. Responsibilities include: Leading major incident coordination when required Facilitating post-incident reviews and lessons learned workshops Identifying improvement opportunities based on operational insights Supporting the team in establishing effective incident response processes Driving a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement Are you the one we’re looking for? We believe you bring: Required Experience working in an Agile product development environment Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple stakeholders and teams Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create structure and drive execution in a dynamic environment Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish Meritorious Experience in roles such as Agile Team Lead, Scrum Master, Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership positions Experience leading cross-functional technology teams Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives Experience working with Jira and Confluence Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience working with customer-facing digital channels, web platforms, or identity solutions Significant importance will be placed on personal qualities and cultural fit.
