Experience with Salesforce integration (Lightning), including working with custom objects, page layouts, and permission sets. Ability to translate business requirements from Legal, Sales, and Operations stakeholders into platform configurations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to data quality and process integrity. Ability to work during US time zones (CST & EST) core hours.
