Project Manager – AI Live (Philippines)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) based in Manila to manage and operate our AI Live projects in the Philippines.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of local AI livestreaming projects, working closely with clients and our Account Management, Business Development, and Technical teams. This role requires strong project ownership, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of Filipino audiences and local e-commerce/live commerce content.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Operations: Manage day-to-day AI Live projects, including client requirement alignment, project setup, content configuration, livestream scheduling, and ongoing operations.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor livestream performance, analyze key data and operational results, identify issues, and continuously optimize content and livestream performance.
• Content & Script Localization: Review, polish, and localize livestream scripts to ensure they are natural, engaging, and suitable for Filipino audiences.
• Language Quality Control: Conduct language and content quality checks for English/Filipino livestream materials and ensure accuracy and localization quality.
• Client Requirement Management: Understand client needs, translate them into actionable project requirements, and manage expectations throughout project execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technical, Business Development, and Account Management teams to resolve project issues and support the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to ongoing optimization and renewal.
• Project Ownership: Independently track project progress, proactively identify risks and blockers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the expected quality.

Requirements

• Based in Manila, Philippines, with the ability to work remotely.
• Strong proficiency in English and Filipino/Tagalog, with excellent written communication and content-editing skills.
• Experience in project management, e-commerce operations, livestreaming, digital marketing, social media, content operations, or account/project operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across clients and internal teams.
• Good analytical skills and comfortable working with operational and performance data.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Able to perform well under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, livestreaming, or e-commerce operations in the Philippines.
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or e-commerce enablers.
• Familiarity with AI-generated content, AI avatars, AI livestreaming, or other AI content tools is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or cross-border team is a plus.
