As an AI-Augmented Developer Intern, you will work on live projects where AI becomes your development partner—but your logic, problem-solving ability and ownership will determine the quality of what gets built.

What Will You Work On?

You will contribute to the development and improvement of AI-enabled web applications, internal tools, dashboards, automation systems and digital products.

The internship will expose you to the complete development cycle—from understanding a business problem to designing, coding, testing and improving a working solution.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Augmented Development
2. Use AI coding assistants and generative AI to research solutions, generate and improve code, debug issues and accelerate development while independently validating the output.
3. Frontend Development
4. Build and improve responsive web pages, dashboards and application interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frontend technologies.
5. Backend & Application Logic
6. Work on backend functionality, databases, APIs, authentication, data handling and business logic required for AI-enabled applications.
7. AI Integration
8. Integrate AI capabilities such as chatbots, intelligent search, content generation, document processing, recommendations and other AI-powered features into web applications.
9. API & Automation Integration
10. Connect applications with external APIs, databases, automation workflows and third-party platforms to create complete business solutions.
11. Testing, Debugging & Optimization
12. Test AI-generated and manually written code, identify bugs, improve usability and performance, and ensure that applications work reliably across different scenarios.
13. Research & Experimentation
14. Explore new AI development approaches and independently evaluate whether they can solve actual business problems at Labdox.
15. Documentation & Collaboration
16. Document development logic, integrations, workflows, issues and solutions so that other developers can understand and continue the work.

Who Are We Looking For?

This internship is suitable for students, fresh graduates and early-stage developers who have a foundation in software development but want to understand how development is changing in the AI era.

You should have:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with frontend and/or backend development.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases and web applications.
• Strong logical and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in Generative AI and AI-assisted coding.
• Ability to research independently when you encounter a problem.
• Willingness to experiment, fail, debug and try again.
• Ability to explain the logic behind the code you submit.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• A proactive attitude towards learning.

Previous experience with AI development is useful but not mandatory.

Using AI is encouraged. Blindly copying AI-generated code without understanding it is not.
