About the role

Higher Options is looking for a highly curious, proactive, and fast-learning AI Enabler to help our company adopt and implement artificial intelligence tools in a practical and productive way.

This is a pioneer role designed for someone who wants to build a career in AI. The person does not need to be an AI expert yet, but they must be motivated to learn quickly, experiment with new tools, solve real business problems, and help others become more effective through the use of AI.

The AI Enabler will receive training and spend time learning tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Anthropic University, and other emerging AI platforms. They will be expected to absorb information quickly, complete training resources, follow high-quality AI educators and content creators, and turn that learning into practical solutions for the business.

After the initial training period, the AI Enabler will begin working on small to medium-sized AI-related projects for the business owner and internal team. These projects may include process improvement, workflow creation, prompt development, research, documentation, simple automation, internal training, and identifying ways AI can help different departments work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned AI training programs and learning resources.
• Learn and practice using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms.
• Research new AI tools, trends, courses, creators, and best practices.
• Demonstrate progress through sample projects and practical applications.
• Work on small and medium-sized AI projects for the business owner or leadership team.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase productivity.
• Help team members understand how AI can make their work more efficient and valuable.
• Create prompts, templates, guides, workflows, documentation, and AI-assisted processes.
• Speak with different people across the company to understand their work and identify areas where AI can help.
• Test different AI tools and approaches to solve business problems.
• Document learnings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
• Stay current with the fast-changing AI landscape.

Requirements

• Advanced English level, especially for reading, listening, and written communication.
• Strong curiosity and interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and productivity.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working with new technology and digital tools.
• Ability to follow training, absorb information, and apply it to real situations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Ability to work directly with a business owner or senior leader.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience or personal use of ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, operations, or business productivity.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of prompts, workflows, documentation, or simple automation.
• Experience in administrative, operational, analytical, or project coordination roles is a plus.

Compensation and work arrangements

Salary: USD $1,100 to $1,300 per month

Employment type: Full-time contractor
