🚀 We’re hiring: AI Automation Engineer & Systems Administrator | Remote

We are looking for a versatile AI Automation Engineer & Systems Administrator to build intelligent, AI-powered business systems while owning the technical execution of live webinar events. If you are equally comfortable architecting complex AI automations (using tools like n8n, Make, and LLM APIs) and managing the real-time details of a live event, we want you on our team.

💼 Role: AI Automation Engineer & Systems Administrator

🌍 Location: Remote

💰 Salary: $1,600 USD/month

⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (Aligned with EST Time Zone)

💻 Core Tech / Industry: AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), n8n, Make, Zapier, Zoom / Tech & Automation

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for sales, customer support (chat/voice), client onboarding, and content generation workflows
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into CRMs and business tools via APIs
• Build and meticulously maintain robust automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Zapier
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI agent performance and accuracy
• Create, configure, and fully test live webinar events in Zoom prior to scheduled sessions
• Monitor live webinars, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and drop sales links or resources into the chat on cue from the presenter
• Develop and optimize email marketing sequences and internal team automations to streamline daily operations

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven, hands-on experience building AI-powered systems, agents, and automations for business use cases
• Possesses deep technical expertise working with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs, as well as n8n, Make, and Zapier
• Demonstrates advanced prompt engineering skills to build reliable, production-ready AI workflows
• Has proven experience managing Zoom or similar webinar/video conferencing platforms for live event execution
