About the Role: We're seeking an AI Automation & Integration Developer to help design, build, and support enterprise AI solutions for healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing code, integrating systems, automating workflows, and building AI-powered applications that solve real operational challenges. You'll work closely with our architecture leadership to develop conversational AI, workflow automation, API integrations, and intelligent business solutions. Our current initiatives include: AI-powered patient intake workflows Conversational voice automation Intelligent call routing Workflow orchestration Healthcare scheduling integrations Reporting and analytics AI-assisted clinician engagement Enterprise API integrations What you'll do: Design, develop, and support AI-powered workflow automation solutions. Build Python services that integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications. Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhook handlers, and system integrations. Configure and extend conversational AI workflows using platforms such as IntelePeer CAP and related technologies. Develop AI-driven voice automation solutions and conversational experiences. Integrate AI applications with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and healthcare applications. Build data transformation and normalization processes supporting AI workflows. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployed AI solutions. Participate in solution architecture, design discussions, and technical planning. Develop automated testing strategies for AI workflows and integrations. Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of production AI applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in one or more of the following: Building AI-powered business applications. Developing production Python applications. Creating REST APIs and webhook-based integrations. Designing conversational AI or voice automation workflows. Integrating enterprise applications through APIs. Troubleshooting production systems. Supporting AI solutions from design through deployment.
