AI Business Manager

Help companies turn AI opportunities into real business impact.

We're looking for an AI Business Manager to join our Growth team and play a key role in transforming commercial conversations into successful AI projects. You'll work alongside our VP of Business, AI Engineers, and Delivery teams to shape solutions, build proposals, coordinate stakeholders, and guide opportunities from discovery to project kickoff.

What you'll do

• Join client meetings and help design AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Build proposals, SOWs, presentations, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with AI Engineers, and Delivery teams to define scope, estimates, and pricing.
• Own pipeline follow-up, CRM accuracy and opportunity tracking.
• Support RFPs and procurement processes.
• Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery once projects are signed.
• Act as the bridge between Business, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or similar B2B technology roles.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and autonomy.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
  
  

You don't need to be an AI Engineer But you should be comfortable discussing technology at a high level.

Experience or familiarity with areas such as Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, AI Agents, Software Architecture, or Cloud technologies will help you ramp up quickly.
