You will Drive AI integration: Pioneer the practical and operational use of emerging technologies in everyday content work. Build automated flows: Hands-on design and implementation of intelligent workflows that create measurable business impact. Navigate complexity: Guide clients through digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor while staying deeply involved in the delivery. Stay ahead: Continuously explore, test, and implement new tools, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest developments. Who you are We believe you are a content expert who views technology as a powerful complement to human creativity. Operational AI enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in AI and a track record of experimenting with and implementing new tools and automated processes. Strategic & hands-on: You balance high-level strategic thinking with a love for the craft. You enjoy being operational and getting things done. Communicator: You simplify the complex and are comfortable presenting new ideas to senior stakeholders as well as demonstrating practical solutions. Consultant at heart: You thrive in client-facing roles and enjoy the challenge of driving change through direct action within different organizational dynamics. Requirements 8+ years of experience in content strategy, digital communication, or strategic consulting. Proven experience in operational work, specifically creating automated content flows and implementing AI tools.
