Role Description The AI Content Trainer role is a hybrid position based in Berlin, Germany, with the option to work from home part of the time. In this role, the AI Content Trainer will review, evaluate, and refine text outputs generated by AI models to improve quality, accuracy, and usefulness. Daily tasks include analyzing prompts and responses, providing detailed written feedback, creating and organizing training datasets, and documenting guidelines for AI behavior. The AI Content Trainer will collaborate with technical and non-technical team members, participate in regular reviews of training processes, and suggest improvements to workflows and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to critically analyze information, identify errors or inconsistencies, and provide structured feedback.
• Comfort working with digital tools, web-based platforms, and data entry or content management systems.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or technology-driven products.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment based in Berlin.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Relevant academic background or professional experience in fields such as linguistics, communications, humanities, social sciences, computer science, or related areas is beneficial.
