AI Customer Operations

We're PyjamaHR, an ATS used by 500+ small companies. We're hiring for customer ops and automation, full-time, in Bangalore.

You'll handle customer tickets, take calls with SMB founders, coordinate with engineering on bugs, and build automations alongside the day-to-day support work.

The role

• Answer support tickets and emails
• Take phone calls with SMB customers when needed
• Coordinate with engineering on bug fixes
• Build automations that improve how we handle support
  
  

About You

• AI-native. You've spent real time with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, not just casual ChatGPT use
• Curious. You see a repetitive process and want to figure out how to automate it
• Comfortable on customer calls with non-technical founders
• Fresher or up to 2 years experience
• Based in Bangalore for the full 4-week training. Post-training: remote anywhere in India OK
