About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented AI Data Annotators to work on transcription-focused AI data projects.

In this role, you will listen to audio and review or correct transcripts according to detailed project guidelines. The work requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to identify subtle differences in spoken language.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

What You'll Do

• Listen to audio and verify that transcripts accurately reflect what was spoken.
• Correct missing, extra, or incorrectly transcribed words.
• Apply detailed transcription and annotation guidelines consistently.
• Identify unclear or unintelligible speech and handle edge cases according to the guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency across large volumes of data.
• Work independently while meeting quality and productivity expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in AI data annotation, transcription, or a relevant field is required.
• Strong English listening, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• Ability to work independently for extended periods.
• A laptop or desktop computer — this work cannot be performed on a phone or tablet.
• Headphones and a quiet working environment.

Training & Guidelines

Detailed project guidelines and training will be provided.

Compensation

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, scope of work, and quality of work.
