About Role
We're looking for an AI Developer to help build and enhance AI-powered applications and features that deliver value to our users. In this role, you'll work to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies. You'll contribute to the development of intelligent applications, experiment with emerging AI capabilities, and help improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of our AI-powered products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical AI solutions, learning new technologies, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and features using LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
- Build and optimize prompt workflows, AI agents, and retrieval-based systems to improve application performance and user outcomes.
- Develop integrations with internal systems and third-party APIs to support AI-driven workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and context management solutions where appropriate.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate, test, and monitor AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI services, integrations, and application functionality.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI, LLMs, and emerging development tools and recommend opportunities for adoption.
- Contribute to software development best practices, code quality, documentation, and technical knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience building applications using LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and working with modern software development frameworks.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflows, and LLM application development.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, or related AI concepts.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, version control, and code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Anthropic Claude APIs, OpenAI APIs, or other generative AI platforms.
- Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge management systems, or workflow automation solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and backend technologies.
- Experience working in agile software development environments.
- Personal or open-source projects demonstrating an interest in AI application development.
