AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint My responsibilities: Focusing on intelligent agents and agent-based AI solutions (Agentic AI): realizing innovative use cases that will revolutionize our business processes and products Developing, implementing, and optimizing AI use cases with a focus on agent-based systems Integrating Agentic AI into existing systems and platforms to automate processes and improve them Extending Agentic AI agents into multi-agent systems and improving their coordination, communication, and collaboration Analyzing business requirements and identifying scenarios where agent-based AI can provide a particular added value Working together with data scientists, developers, and business departments to successfully implement complex AI scenarios Continuously evaluating and improving agent systems with regards to efficiency, learning ability, and adaptability Creating technical documentation and training the users The knowledge I own: Has an academic background Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or a comparable qualification Solid knowledge in the development and implementation of intelligent agents and agent-based AI systems (Agentic AI) Knowledge of concepts such as multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning (RL), decision-making, and autonomous behavior Analytical skills, strong problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for innovation Has experience with data lakes Has exceptional communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions Has strong ability to communicate complex data analysis simply for audience understanding through visualizations or other means Can deliver outstanding results through task prioritization and time management Can efficiently learn and solve new business domains and problems Has a sense for numbers and a healthy skepticism around validity of data and its inherent biases Has exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail & accuracy Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as structured thinking Has excellent communication skills and business fluency in English Has intercultural competence Technology stack: Coding language: Python Big data tools: Databricks SAP S/4 Hana, SAP BW pot.
