Job Title AI DevOps Engineer Job Description AI DevOps Engineer Help build a safe, high‑quality voicebot used by millions of customers at Rabobank. Shape the next generation of customer-facing AI solutions with impact on 9.5 million customers worldwide. You & your role Design and deliver production‑ready voicebot capabilities that improve Rabobank’s customer-facing AI Agents. You build, improve and maintain the IT infrastructure needed for our voicebot, which will support millions of customer interactions per year. As the DevOps engineer, you work closely with fellow (AI) engineers and Copilot specialists to create the (gen)AI powered voicebot of the future. Examples from practice Build and maintain Azure-based voice platform infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Speech Services and AudioCodes platform components across development, test and production environments Implement and optimise integrations between telephony platforms, AudioCodes solutions and Azure AI Services to enable reliable voice interactions at scale Contribute to the development and deployment of AI Voice Agents for customer service use cases Support the migration of legacy speech-to-text, text-to-speech and chatbot architectures towards native speech model solutions Troubleshoot and resolve platform, deployment and voice quality issues across cloud and telephony environments.
