What We're Looking For Solid experience in software engineering, with strong backend Python expertise and at least 2 years building production LLM applications. TypeScript proficiency and familiarity with .NET / C# environments. Strong experience building AI-powered applications using Python, FastAPI or Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL Proven production experience with RAG pipelines, structured information extraction, and agent-based workflows Experience working with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search, or equivalent experience with AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI Experience building and governing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar Strong understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, including hallucination control, prompt regression, latency, cost, and human-in-the-loop validation Experience building APIs and backend services that integrate with cloud and enterprise operational systems Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments Strong technical leadership and ability to drive delivery in client-facing consulting environments Ability to operate autonomously, guide architecture decisions, and proactively push technical direction forward. Advanced English level Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, from RAG pipelines and agent frameworks to production-ready backend services. Drive architecture, technical decisions, and AI governance in a fast-moving Microsoft AI environment.
