AI Engineer

We're looking for a AI Engineer to help build our ML platform and the infrastructure behind our AI employees. You'll need a deep understanding of AI, and from day one you'll own real projects and shape the future of Jarmin. In any given week you'll be: Improving ML pipelines, training models, or building new agentic capabilities Designing & building complex backend systems Putting out whatever fire just flared up Taking a feature from idea to production (UX, build, & ship) Building new internal tools so we can move faster Hacking quick prototypes to find out if they're useful Ideally you: Turn vague problems into clear action items Ship code constantly Geek out on the newest AI tech/trends/ideas Enjoy diving into problems you've never seen before Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch Love in-person team culture (we're in San Francisco) Team Culture We're small, in-person, resourceful, and building the future we want to live in We give feedback early and often, so you always know where you stand and where you're headed
