Freelance Senior AI Platform Engineer & Senior ML/Evaluation Engineer | Remote EU

RED Global is currently supporting a major AI transformation programme and is looking for experienced consultants for two long-term freelance opportunities:

• Senior AI Platform Engineer (Agent Framework Lead)
• Senior ML / Evaluation Engineer

You will be joining a team building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform, focused on AI agent orchestration, deployment, evaluation, observability, and governance at scale.

Key Skills

• AWS Bedrock / AgentCore
• LangGraph and/or Strands Agents
• LLM Evaluation Frameworks
• Python Engineering
• Multi-Agent Systems
• CI/CD, Observability, and AI Governance

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in AI Platform Engineering, ML Engineering, or Python Development
• Experience building production-grade AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent frameworks, or LLM evaluation frameworks

Contract Details

• Start: Immediate
• End Date: 31 December 2026
• Workload: Full-time
• Location: Fully Remote
• Open to consultants based in Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, and Croatia
