AI Engineer (Banking) Responibilities Develop and integrate AI-native features into our existing applications, focusing on LLM orchestration, Prompt Engineering, and RAG Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and maintain pipelines that feed AI models, ensuring high data quality and efficient vector database management Work closely with Systems Architects to ensure AI components are scalable and secure Conduct experiments to evaluate different models and fine-tune prompts or parameters to optimize for accuracy and cost Help maintain and improve our AI deployment pipelines, ensuring models are monitored Maintain clear documentation for architectural decisions, model evaluations, and API contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams Skills Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas. +3 years of experience in similar roles Proficiency in Python Solid understanding of Git, Docker, and building RESTful APIs Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory) InnoWave gives equal opportunity in employment regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, or any other factor.
