Responsibilities
About the role
Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
Design and develop AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Integrate AI models with internal platforms and third-party APIs.
Evaluate model performance and improve outputs through prompt engineering and testing.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI applications in production.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver new AI capabilities.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical implementations.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python and software development principles.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source language models.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
Familiarity with vector databases including Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and backend services.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
A portfolio, GitHub profile, or AI projects that demonstrate your experience.
Nice to Have
Experience fine-tuning open-source models.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with multimodal AI, computer vision, or speech models.
Familiarity with MLOps and production deployment practices.
