What You'll do: - Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives; -Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects; - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes; - Support workshops and training sessions to elevate team expertise in AI engineering and related domains; - Continuously assess and refine processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation; - Develop and optimize application data structures, storage solutions, and integration strategies; - Work closely with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery; - Contribute to decision-making processes and provide solutions to technical challenges both within the team and across other teams; What You Are: - Expert proficiency in Data & AI Processes (required); - Expert proficiency in Data & AI Strategy (recommended); - Proficiency in Python; - Experience with Azure and Azure Cloud AI Foundry; - Familiarity with OpenAI and Semantic Kernel technologies; - Fluent in Portuguese and English  What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - And others.
