AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to backend AI features, working alongside other engineers. You'll help build AI workflows and pipelines while supporting the quality of what you ship. This is your opportunity to work hands-on with AI systems, contributing to how they are built and maintained over time.

What You'll Do:

- Contribute to backend AI features, helping break down and deliver technical work.

- Help build and maintain AI workflows and pipelines over various data sources.

- Support evaluation and quality checks on AI behavior.

- Work hands-on across development phases, collaborating with other engineers.

- Support the team and help identify and resolve blockers.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in Python.

- Background building or maintaining AI or LLM-based systems.

- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.

- Experience with distributed systems and REST/GraphQL APIs.

- Prompt engineering skills.

- Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with vector databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
