We are currently searching for a Senior AI Engineer: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications using .NET (C#) and Python. Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures. Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent orchestration frameworks. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms. Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators following engineering best practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions. Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability, and performance. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Your Profile (Requirements) 5+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments. Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale AI implementations. Strong proficiency in .NET/C# development. Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development. Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure storage services. Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
