What comes next requires someone who can build it: a proactive agentic layer with real-time reasoning, multi-modal orchestration, and the kind of reliability healthcare actually demands.

The architecture doesn't exist yet. You'd be defining it.

We already have an engineer in Poland. This role works alongside that foundation — and owns the technical direction of where the platform goes next.

We want someone who's shipped production AI systems and is ready to do the most meaningful work of their career.
