We're looking for an AI Engineer to help build next-generation AI-powered products. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, build intelligent features, experiment with emerging technologies, and help shape how modern software is developed.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered features using modern LLMs and AI APIs
• Develop across the stack using Python and Next.js
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and production systems
• Use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate development
• Collaborate with leadership to solve real customer problems
• Prototype quickly, iterate fast, and own projects from idea to deployment

✅ What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building applications with LLMs or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Daily user of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
• Curious, adaptable, and always learning new technologies
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication skills

⭐ Bonus Points

• Next.js
• RAG, AI Agents or Vector Databases
• Azure, Docker, Snowflake or Power BI
• Data engineering or analytics experience
• Startup or consulting background
• Open-source contributions, technical writing or personal AI projects
• Master's or PhD

💰 Compensation & Benefits

CAD $50–$85/hour (approximately CAD $100K–$160K annually)
