AI Innovation & Adoption Manager

About this Position We are looking for someone who is passionate about AI, eager to explore emerging technologies, and capable of rapidly turning innovative ideas into tangible business value. In this role, you will continuously identify and evaluate AI opportunities across the organization, quickly validate innovative concepts, and collaborate with business and IT teams to scale proven solutions into enterprise-level applications. We are looking for someone who not only understands AI technologies, but also focuses on how AI can drive operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and create measurable business impact. What you´ll do Explore AI Opportunities: - Develop a deep understanding of business workflows and user needs across different functions to identify opportunities where AI can create value. - Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, proactively evaluate AI tools, agents, and automation capabilities, and rapidly assess their business potential. - Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business use cases and drive AI adoption across the organization. Incubate AI Innovations: - Independently design, build, and continuously iterate AI Proofs of Concept (POCs). - Rapidly validate innovative ideas through experimentation and user feedback, refining solutions to maximize effectiveness. - Capture lessons learned and best practices to support future enterprise-scale product development. AI Product Design: - Gain a deep understanding of business workflows, user journeys, and pain points. - Translate business requirements into AI product concepts and process designs. - Continuously improve AI product experiences to increase user adoption and business value. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Partner closely with business teams to identify and develop AI-driven use cases. - Collaborate with IT teams to evolve validated solutions into scalable enterprise products. - Share AI best practices, promote AI adoption, and help business teams enhance their AI capabilities. Hands-on and action-oriented, with the ability to quickly transform ideas into prototypes or POCs. Possesses strong product thinking and a solid understanding of business processes, user needs, and real-world business scenarios. Has excellent learning agility and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and continuously discover new solutions. Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and can effectively bridge business and technology to drive successful AI implementation. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Codex is preferred; experience with AI agents, workflow automation, or related technologies is a strong advantage.
