Salary range: An hourly rate of $25.00 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience. What You'll Do: Research and analyze emerging AI technologies and trends relevant to risk management. Identify and prioritize AI use cases that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with risk experts and technology partners to design and prototype AI solutions. Assist in developing proof-of-concept models and evaluating their effectiveness. Document findings, create presentations, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership. Support implementation planning for successful AI adoption within risk processes. What Do You Need? Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines. Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. Basic understanding of risk management concepts is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Technology Skills: Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement. Customers Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
