AI LoRA Character Creator – Remote

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI LoRA Character Creator to develop and refine realistic female AI characters for an adult digital platform.

The role involves LoRA training, dataset preparation, image generation, testing and quality control, with a strong focus on creating distinctive, photorealistic and visually consistent characters.

Our characters represent clearly adult women, with believable adult features, varied ages, body types and personal styles. We are not looking for teenage-looking or ambiguously young aesthetics.

In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of AI character creation.
• Prepare and curate high-quality training datasets.
• Train, test and refine character-specific LoRAs. - Generate character galleries and contextual images.
• Maintain facial and physical consistency across generations.
• Test characters across different poses, outfits, environments and lighting conditions.
• Identify and correct visual artifacts and identity drift.
• Improve prompts, datasets and generation workflows.
• Research new techniques and tools for character creation.
• Collaborate with the AI and product team.
• Help define and maintain visual quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience with LoRA training and AI image generation.
• Experience creating consistent photorealistic AI characters.
• Good understanding of dataset selection and preparation.
• Experience with diffusion-based imagegeneration tools and workflows.
• Strong eye for facial consistency, anatomy, realism and visual detail.
• Ability to create distinct characters rather than repetitive AI-looking faces.
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented characters while respecting strict age boundaries.
• Ability to test, iterate and improve models independently.
• Good written English for team communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ComfyUI.
• Experience with Flux, Stable Diffusion or similar models.
• Knowledge of ControlNet, IP-Adapter or identityreference techniques.
• Understanding of photography, composition and lighting.
• Previous experience with AI avatars, virtual characters or character-based platforms.
