Role Summary

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative AI Presales Manager to join our Projects & Services domain, Billennium’s largest delivery area. In this role, you will help shape a scalable and effective presales function by combining bid management expertise, delivery knowledge, and AI-driven process improvement. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to transform customer requirements into compelling, competitive, and operationally viable service offerings.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests.
• Shape delivery solutions by analyzing client requirements and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare estimations, pricing assumptions, delivery models, and resource plans.
• Develop proposal content, including scope, operating models, assumptions, risks, and service approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to improve proposal quality, consistency, knowledge sharing, and efficiency.
• Build and maintain proposal repositories, templates, best practices, and reusable assets.
• Drive continuous improvement of presales methodologies, standards, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Delivery, Presales, Bid Management, or a related area.
• Proven experience creating enterprise proposals and managing RFP/RFI responses.
• Strong understanding of delivery models, including Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Managed Services.
• Experience with effort estimation, pricing, and commercial proposal preparation.
• Hands-on experience using AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools to support business processes.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience creating or improving frameworks, templates, methodologies, or playbooks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, financial services, or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM and service management practices.
• Experience building presales, bid management, or proposal management capabilities.
• Experience with AI-driven process automation and knowledge management initiatives.
• APMP, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications.
