What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience as an AI Data Protection / Privacy Lawyer
• Legal qualification (LL.B./LL.M./CIP/E) in an EU jurisdiction or equivalent, combined with deep technical grounding in AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector stores).
• Pragmatic stakeholder communicator — able to challenge solution design, translate legal risk into technical constraints, and operate decisively under ambiguity.
• Exposure to LLM/agent platforms (Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic) and AI governance or model risk frameworks; certifications (IAPP, ISACA, PECB, etc.) a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1 Level)

Important:

This position is following a remote regime, based in Portugal, with occasional visits to Venda do Pinheiro, Lisbon). Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
