AI Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION AI Product Manager Status: Full-time Type: Salary Department: SE Department Manager: SE Director The AI Product Manager will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our AI-powered solutions. This role demands someone who can both understand the technical intricacies of modern AI systems and translate them into compelling product experiences. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and practical product development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Define and execute a product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features and products Work with the technical team to prototype and experiment with the latest AI models (LLMs, multimodal AI, generative systems) using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Design AI workflows including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG systems Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the AI landscape Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to bring AI products to market Establish success metrics and present product vision to executive leadership Stay current with emerging AI research and assess applicability to product development Qualifications: 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI-focused companies 3+ years hands-on experience with modern AI/ML technologies Familiarity with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) Direct experience with large language models, fine-tuning, and deployment Knowledge of transformer architectures and neural network fundamentals Experience with vector databases Knowledge of AI safety, ethics, and responsible AI practices Familiarity with AI APIs and integration patterns Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation Proven track record launching products using agile methodologies Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and data-driven decision making Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field Experience with multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and vector databases Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure ML) AI startup experience or leading AI initiatives at established companies Knowledge of AI safety, ethics, and regulatory considerations Publications or contributions to AI/ML research communities Competencies: Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
