Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, AWS AI services, and Agile product management . This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business value. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or AI Product Management. Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) . Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI . Proficiency in Python . Experience with AWS AI services , including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway . Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and prompt management. Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, PGVector, ChromaDB ) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) . Knowledge of SQL , NoSQL , MongoDB , and DynamoDB . Experience with Agile/Scrum , including backlog management, sprint planning, and writing user stories. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Understanding of AI governance , model risk management, AI guardrails, and responsible AI practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
