Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Small business owners (AI response evaluation) - Japanese Business Document to work on a full-time basis. Evaluate and compare the quality of responses from multiple AI chatbots across real-world small business use cases. Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with multiple AI chatbots (max. 5 turns per conversation) to assess response quality across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.

• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations based on predefined criteria.

• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results for review and analysis.

• Work with data to support analysis and financial planning for small business use cases.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses tailored to small business operations and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations required.

• Must have business-related documents available in Japanese.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess AI response quality.

• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently and accurately.

• Comfortable interacting with AI tools and providing detailed feedback.
