AI-Savvy Virtual Manager – Office of the CEO
I'm hiring one person to work directly with me — and it may be the most interesting seat in my company.
I'm the founder of OmicsVeu, a Fremont, California life-sciences company advancing precision oncology — tissue diagnostics, spatial biology, and multi-omics — and I'm the co-inventor of a technology used in nearly every cancer diagnosis performed today. I need an AI-savvy right hand in the Office of the CEO: someone who turns ideas into finished work, fast.
This is not an administrative role. You'll draft the emails, decks, and proposals; run the research; move marketing, business development, partnerships, and investor communications forward; and use AI to compress concept-to-completion from days into hours. If you're the kind of person who hears a rough voice note and returns a polished plan, we should talk.
It starts as a freelance, remote engagement. Perform, and it grows — full-time, expanded leadership, performance incentives, and potential startup equity.
What you'll own:

• My daily priorities, communications, and follow-through
  
• Compelling emails, presentations, proposals, and executive summaries
  
• Marketing, business development, partnerships, recruiting, and investor communication
  
• Market, customer, and competitive research
  
• Turning conversations into action plans — and tracking every commitment and deadline
  
• AI-powered research, writing, and workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot)
  
• Coordination across US and India teams, with total discretion
  

Requirements

What tells me you're the one:

• You've supported a CEO, founder, or senior executive
  
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong marketing and business writing
  
• Genuinely hands-on with AI tools — and sharp enough to verify and elevate what they produce.
  
• You own outcomes, stay organized, and follow through with little supervision.
  
• You can overlap with California business hours
  
• Bonus: a background in biotech, diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences
