AI SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Work on cutting-edge AI projects by helping improve the way AI assistants understand users, reason through tasks, and interact with tools.

What You'll Do

• Craft realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
• Simulate assistant behavior and function calls when needed.
• Design scenarios involving tools such as calendars, email, maps, and cloud drives.
• Evaluate whether AI assistants correctly complete feasible tasks and recognize limitations.
• Create conversations that demonstrate natural language, contextual understanding, and logical decision-making.
• Follow detailed formatting and quality guidelines.
• Review and improve examples based on feedback.
• Collaborate with reviewers and other contributors to maintain consistent quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
• Strong technical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of APIs and structured data such as JSON.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or another programming language.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Experience with LLMs, AI assistants, APIs, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
