Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Engagement Lead / Solution Architect to drive a generative AI engagement end-to-end for a Fortune 500 financial-services client. The role requires owning solution design, key technical decisions, and client relationship from proof-of-concept through full-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of accountability for both architecture and delivery, leading a team of specialists including AI/ML engineers and integration engineers.

• Own the solution design, set guardrails, and govern delivery to ensure a governed release aligned with client priorities.

• Make and defend key design decisions, ensuring alignment with modern generative AI agentic frameworks and integration patterns.

• Partner with the client’s architects, business analysts, and valuation subject-matter experts to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring seamless integration and automation across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years driving machine learning or AI projects and solution design.

• Accountable ownership of solution architecture, including setting target architecture and defending design decisions.

• Deep understanding of modern generative AI agentic designs and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

• Experience with AI integration patterns, including Model Context Protocol (MCP)-style architectures.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms including Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.

• Strong collaboration skills to align technical solutions with business stakeholders and SMEs.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in financial-services or regulated environments.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships at executive levels.
