Posted Monday, August 10, 2026 at 4:00 AM Position Summary The AI Solutions Associate supports the North America Corporate Commercial team by identifying , developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of our Corporate Sales, Dealing and Partnership teams. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, North America, t his role focuses on building and maintaining AI agents, evaluating emerging AI capabilities, documenting best practices, and supporting strategic projects that create operational efficiencies across the business. The position offers hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence in a fast-paced commercial environment while contributing to initiatives with measurable business impact. Role Responsibilities Design, build, test, and refine AI agents that support Commercial team workflows. Partner with Sales, Dealing, and Partnership stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases. Improve and enhance existing AI agents based on user feedback and adoption metrics. Assist with agent documentation, governance, and best-practice standards. Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes that could benefit from automation or AI-enabled solutions. Analyze workflows and recommend opportunities to improve speed, consistency, and scalability. Support implementation of process improvements across Sales and Dealing functions. Measure and document business impact resulting from AI and efficiency initiatives. Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, tools, and capabilities. Evaluate new opportunities for AI adoption across commercial teams. Conduct research and prepare recommendations for future AI initiatives. Support pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects. Develop guides, training materials, and best practices for AI tools and agents. Support team education efforts related to AI adoption and responsible usage. Help maintain internal libraries, repositories, and documentation of AI assets and use cases. Share insights and recommendations with leadership stakeholders. Assist with data analysis, reporting, process mapping, and project coordination activities. Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve operational effectiveness and team productivity. Adhering to compliance obligations, company risk management, Anti-Money Laundering and all company policies. Providing ad hoc support to your team as and when required . Qualifications & Skills Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university program in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and business process improvement. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools . Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. High level of professionalism and discretion, particularly with confidential client and transaction data.
