Reports to: VP, Performance Marketing Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) preferred About the Role As our AI Solutions Engineer , you will build, deploy, and scale AI-powered tools and automations across CSC Generation's portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on role that connects AI capabilities with real business processes — you will partner directly with teams, identify where automation creates leverage, and ship solutions that stick. You will start in performance marketing and expand into operations, creative, and logistics wherever AI can unlock efficiency and scale. Success in your first 6–12 months means production automations are live, teams across multiple departments are actively using them, and measurable reductions in manual work are documented. What You'll Do Build and deploy AI tools and automations across brands, including image processing, feed optimization, content generation, reporting, and process streamlining. Connect software systems and APIs to create integrated workflows that scale across multiple brands with minimal reconfiguration. Work directly with teams across departments to understand their manual processes and build AI-powered solutions that replicate and improve them. Write scripts (Python, JavaScript) and design AI workflows using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar). Cross-connect data across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, content management systems, and image libraries. Scale proven tools to additional brands by adapting validated solutions for cross-brand deployment. Train non-technical teams on AI tools and ensure sustained adoption and productivity gains. Continuously identify high-impact automation opportunities by networking across the organization and prioritizing by ROI. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience building automations, integrations, or AI-powered tools in a marketing, e-commerce, or operations environment. Proven experience building autonomous AI agents and architectures, moving beyond standard, linear workflow flows (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to design stateful, dynamic AI systems. Strong working knowledge of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) nd the ability to design reliable, production-grade agentic workflows, prompts, and tool-calling schemas. Comfortable writing Python and/or JavaScript to connect APIs, manage data pipelines, handle state, and build lightweight application layers for AI agents. Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc) as a component of broader automated solutions. Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems, including platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Merchant Center. Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to independently identify business friction, propose agentic solutions, and ship without heavy direction. Preferred Qualifications Experience with n8n specifically. Hands-on experience infrastructure tools like MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks. Background in retail, DTC, or multi-brand e-commerce environments. Experience training or onboarding non-technical users on new tools. Why Join The people who do best here are builders. We're evaluating problem-solving and AI fluency, not memorized syntax. Solution Review Interview - Walk us through your solution, then handle live modifications on the call.
