You will leverage your expertise in various technologies to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance. Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative software applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), React 18, TypeScript, and Python FastAPI. Design and implement databases using Firestore and Google Cloud SQL to support scalable and efficient applications. Oversee the integration of AI services using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), optimizing their utility across projects. Mentor and coach the engineering team in best practices for utilizing Claude Code, GitHub (with PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements. Conduct architectural reviews and code assessments to maintain high standards for software quality and security. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, exploring new AI technologies and methodologies that benefit the engineering process. Who You Are Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on AI technologies and cloud computing. Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), React 18, TypeScript, Python FastAPI, and modern databases (Firestore, Google Cloud SQL). Solid understanding of Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub (PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects. History of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale AI-driven projects with a focus on best practices and coding standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams towards excellence.
